I bought a brand new 2017 Ford Edge from them a few days ago. Su Park was very helpful and patient through the process. My wife and I wanted a specific type and color but they didn't have it in stock at their location. They talked to various local dealerships up to 50 miles away to try to get us the car we wanted. In the end, we decide to settle for a slightly different version than what we wanted to finish the purchase. Negotiating the price wasn't a bad experience and I think I received a great price for the car. The financing and paper work went smooth except the extended warranty was added. I came back the next day and they took it out without any trouble. In the end, I am very happy with how the process went and with my new car.

We worked with Angel and Milson when we bought our car. They were VERY friendly, left us alone when we asked them to and were there and available right when we needed them - perfectly UN-pushy and available to answer any question. After we got home, we noticed there were a few marks on the car - not scratches, but they needed to be buffed out. We called them up, went in and they were VERY attentive and VERY responsive. They apologized for the oversight and took care of it right away - it took less than 15 minutes. We absolutely recommend buying a car and getting service here - LOVE THEM!

Buying a car at Jerry's was a pleasant experience.  

Everyone was friendly and trying to find the best deal fur me. This ranged from the saleperson to the General Manager.

I highly recommend you give Jerry's a try if you interested in buying a car, new or used.

The Service Dept at Jerry's Ford of Alexandria is always excellent.  The staff are knowledgeable and friendly.  I have received great car care and customer service over the years and their advice and recommendations have saved me money in the long run.  I also recommend using their rewards programs as it can save you money on future services and parts.   I highly recommend this location to anyone who owns a Ford.

We bought a Ford Explorer XLT & worked with Se Park & Tom & they were absolutely amazing, we can't say thank you enough. Highly recommended. Best experience I have had buying a car, they took care of my family & I.
