Had an awesome experience here, even though I had visited this dealership a couple of years back and their customer service was the worst!  Went to the Waldorf Cadillac dealership and their service was great.  I returned to this Alexandria dealership after searching online for the vehicle I was interested in, went there and met a New Salesperson who only been working for about a week. He was so courteous, fresh, (as in his appearance) and very willing to assist me.  I told him at the beginning of our journey if looks like we wont be able to complete this sale don't waste my time and I won't waste yours! He smiled and stated not a problem, I will do my best to accommodate you!! and well He made his first sale and I purchased an awesome vehicle.  Thanks again Chad Bright!!!! I wish you much success! & keep that fresh attitude!~!!

Amazing customer service by Nick Hupp at Lindsay Cadillac!   He offered to personally drive to my location and provide a jump-start for my car to make it to the dealership on time to get a new battery installed, as the OnStar technician would not have arrived in time for same day service.   He was extremely helpful, efficient and professional.  Ask for Nick if you need service for your Cadillac in Alexandria, VA!

Worst experience I have ever hade trying to deal with /get info out of 2 people by way of email . 

Asked sales lady 2 questions and the sales Manger the same thing about a used vehicle .

Still have yet to get a answer that makes cents .

They don't have the answers I guess 

Glade I did not drive the two and a half hours to look at the vehicle. 

I would of  probably been more disappointed then I was with there email response. 

Guess I stick close to home and buy a vehicle it least here they won't to make deals

Although my visit was comparable to a days work (9 am to almost 5 pm), I was very satisfied with the service I received, and my service consultant - Mr. Ahmad, was very considerate and sympathetic.  He stayed until I was able to leave and gave me directions for my trip home.
