First time buyer at Motor Werks and could not be have been happier. I walked in and happened upon one of the best sales associates I've ever encountered in any industry. Colin at the BMW dealership was great and helped me in every aspect with the purchase. He really went above and beyond and am really grateful to him and the whole team for everything. The dealership on a whole from service, finance, and purchase I cannot find something that I would change. I got a fair deal on the car and the post purchase service exceeds anything in the area by far. The service department cares for the car I think more than I do and is beyond helpful. Morris with the insurance department made my transition flawless. John with the finance team worked really hard to get me the best deal.  Everyone is extremely professional and down to earth which was very refreshing. I actually enjoy going to the dealership and defiantly get treated very well.  Thank you for a wonderful experience and for an amazing team

Please do work with Tom and the manager Brian if you happen to go to Motorwerks Mercedes. We had a great experience and we would love to work with them again. They were very courteous, understood our requirements and worked diligently to earn our business. The pricing was very aggressive, attractive and pragmatic.

I recently purchased a BMW X3 from Motor Werks. The experience was definitely superior to what I've experienced in the past. The sales team was friendly, knowledgeable and low pressure from the moment I walked in the door to the moment I signed the last form in the finance office. Specifically; Maria and Ryan Durso were great to work with and are both great assets to the team.

The only constructive feedback I have would be in regards to Ryan's office. I strongly feel it needs updating. The dealership is clean, unimposing and welcoming. It's great to have that flow throughout; however, I wish Ryan's office had some kind of privacy shade as the idea of my financial information being visible to a passerby is disconcerting. Additionally, the technologies in use there definitely need updating. Swiveling a monitor around to display possible benefits and features? This isn't 2005. Get the guy a wall mounted TV or projector! Also... that printer was from about 1982. I felt as if I'd descended from a modern utopia into a Kafkaesque abyss of technical regression and bureaucracy. This in no way reflects on Ryan who was an amazingly helpful person with a vast amount of knowledge.

AWESOME!!! Robert  D.  was my sales person and i absolutely love the great service he provides me with! Great team; everybody is super friendly and helpful. I definitely would recommend Rob to all my  friend , family , and anybody in the market to buy a vehicle.

I purchased a M4 from MW and it was a pleasant experience. Mike Gargano, Chris Holloway, and Ryan in financing were all kind and sincere. Ryan got me out the door quickly with no hidden fees and got me the rate I wanted! Mike was helpful in facilitating the car buying process as well as making me feel welcomed. Chris was the perfect salesmen. No pressure or wasting my time and genuinely excited for me! In fact, I live in Wisconsin and he even offered to meet me halfway knowing I was having trouble getting a ride! 

Truly a wonderful experience, just wish the dealer was in my state.
