Great people. Great service. Total confidence in the diagnosis and expertise of the staff. Would highly recommend any BMW owner to visit. Ask questions of the technicians much more easily than at a dealer. And very reasonable prices. Thanks!

BMW Excluservice did an excellent job to put my BMW X3 back together after crushing onto curb in an icy weather. BMW Excluservice refused the request from my insurance adjuster who asked them to use aftermarket parts to reduce the cost. BMW Excluservice has maintained a quality job, defended customer interest, and kept moral standard and credibility. I really appreciate what they have done to me. Particularly want to praise Stephane Grabina who handled my case.

Knowledge is power! This review won't be like others, in that I didn't get my car worked on by BMW Excluservice. I talked to them about a car I was considering purchasing, and the knowledge they shared with me really helped me refine my search, find the right car, and even made me look smarter when talking to the sales person at the dealership! There was a noticeable difference in how they treated me after I was able to talk to them about engine type, year, and problems. I can't begin to express my appreciation to them for making my entry into the world of BMW a terrific, informed, and confident one!

The integrity of this Mechanic Shop is next to none. This place takes photos of your car problems while fixing them. They then create a private online account that keeps a record of what was done, what needs to be done etc. I decided to try this place after my mechanic for over 15 years closed his car shop. I'm glad to have found this place.

Excellent and timely service.  No surprises and very reasonable.  I knew quickly what need to be done and kept update on the progress.  Highly recommend BMW Excluservice.
