Don't listen to Peter because 1) I ordered the eggs, toast(rye) and bacon(smoked apple wood)... So speaking of missing memos, you missed the one that was staring you in the face in the middle of the menu. By the way, if you would have seen it, you could have gotten grits on the side.. sorry about your loss, Peter.

This place is getting better and better. Check it out for sure. Taco Tuesday, whiskey Wednesday, wine Thursday.  Brunch is the bomb. Several different options for omelettes and other cool dishes as well.  It was restaurant week a few days ago, so the menu was a bit different but the food is generally pretty good.  As I said they are getting better and better.  Keep it up boathouse!

I went here for a birthday brunch, while our group (about 13 people) was large, they weren't very busy, so I don't know why the service was so poor. The brunch menu is extremely limited - there are only 4 or 5 entrees, and none of them are what you'd typically expect for brunch. Hoping for some simple eggs, sausage and toast? Want an omelet, breakfast sausage, or anything like that? Go somewhere else. I ended up ordering the "chicken and waffles". The Boathouse must have missed the memo on what chicken and waffles actually is. Not only did my food come out 15 minutes after everyone else was served (again, they have about 4 entrees, so it was just multiples of the same order for everyone at the table), but the dish itself was very disappointing. Two dry, bread chicken tenders, with one waffle, and syrup on the side. No gravy, nothing moist or tender. I would not go here again.

Great food.I'm not a drinker so I would prefer a bit more food in my entree. Food is delicious. Pricey.

I've been coming here regularly since the opening (at least once a week). There is no other place in Baltimore that has an atmosphere quite like The Boathouse! You just feel at home when you are there. 
   The food has always been consistently good and the bartenders have always been friendly. The Saturday and Sunday Brunch is some of the best in Baltimore!

My family went for restaurant week. We had all course and loved them all. They were very kind and wait staff was attentive.
