Ate dinner with my wife. Both of us enjoyed our dishes immensely. Delicious entrees and wonderful desserts. Truly a hidden gem in Baltimore.

This is hands down our favorite place for any special meal. The chef puts creative twists on classic European cuisine, and it's all homemade pastas, sauces.. everything.  There' a first rate bar with Persecco on tap, original mixed drinks that will include your new favorites, and dressy or casual are equally welcome and comfortable. The small menu changes frequently with the most popular dishes rotated back frequently. There are always small plate options for sharing along with bigger entrées.

I had heard good things about gnocco for months before I was able to drag myself over to Highlandtown and try it myself and I have to say that it lived up to the hype. The restaurant itself is relatively small and unassuming but everything from drinks to dessert is clearly made with care. That being said, the star is the handmade pasta. All 4 varieties available the night I went were fantastic and unique. Do yourself a favor and order the smaller version of a few of them and share with someone so you get to experience as many as possible.

Quaint little setting tucked away in a quieter part of town. Parking was easy for the city. The food was just fantastic! Grilled octopus was phenomenal, the hand made pastas were outstanding as well. Must try the pumpkin gnocchi.
