The service at this establishment is very personable. Unfortunately them and I we were not able to come to an agreement on the sale price of their car. I cannot speculate as to why so, while I could complain that they are cheats or crooked, the reason for it is unknown. I will say that Bo, along with the rest of staff and owner, did provide every aspect of what one would consider complete customer service. They were matter of fact and did not attempt any aggressive sales tactics.  If asked would I drive the 90 miles back to do a deal for said car I would have to say yes. I will note that I appreciated the demeanor of the sales manager who invited me into his office and did not use the sales associate as a mediator to draw out the negotiation process.

Yeah,  the place is nice.   Free use of Apple computer.  Free fruit, coffee.  Nice couches and tv in the lounge.   They washed my car but charged me to rotate my tires.   And charged me $70 to adjust my brakes that NEED to be adjusted at 30k from the factory.   Soon they'll be charging me to take it on a test drive.  All in all,  good experience.   Fairfield Honda was way more of a rip off.

Unfortunately my experience did not get further than online.  I was chatting with a sales representative Michael Matarazzo and everything started out great, he seemed concerned about my needs and eager to help.  However when I was unable to come in when it suited him better than me and asked if there was anyone else he could recommend he simply hung up on me.  Clearly when the conversation no longer benefitted him he hung up rather than continuing to assist and perhaps have a colleague get a sale.  As a result I will be going to a different dealership to purchase 2 vehicles for my twins' birthday.  Very disappointed with how I was treated.

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of working with Patrick Lewis and Chris Mason at Klick-Lewis to purchase a 2016 Chevrolet Equinox. Not only were they extremely knowledgeable on the vehicles I had an interest in but also helped me to understand my options as a buyer. I had totaled my car a few days before and had a limited number of days to find a replacement. They answered all of my questions (I had a lot) and proved that they had my best interest in mind. 

Even though it was Labor Day (and I'm sure they would've loved to be home with their families), both of them stayed to make sure I was happy with the vehicle we had found and also made sure I knew how to use every feature in it! Awesome customer service! They even took care of returning my rental car! 

I would ABSOLUTELY recommend visiting Klick-Lewis if you have any interest in buying a new vehicle or even just to browse! The staff is pleasant and welcoming and overall want to make sure you find a vehicle that is the best for your needs within the price YOU set.

Very dissatisfied!!
Car in to replace a faulty FOB.
Part cost was $116.27.
Labor was $115.00.
