My experience at Faulkner Honda in Harrisburg was five stars as usual.  From the very beginning when you drive your car into the garage right through the whole process was fabulous.  While I was there, I had the opportunity to tell Charlie just how pleased I was with the Faulkner operation.  You guys have the best popcorn in the area!  Customer service does exceed expectations  and  it is consistent!  Hats off to your team!

Can't give enough stars for spectacular customer service and excellent follow-through by George, the salesman from whom I purchased my car. Service staff exceptional too. Expensive tire and wheel damage from a flat resulted in the discovery that everything would covered by a warranty I hadn't purchased and didn't even know I had. Service dept could have easily "forgotten" to tell me and charged for repairs, but they did the homework, checked things out and I was amazed. In this dealership you will find folks who are knowledgeable, honest, & helpful beyond expectations. I have had an absolutely positive experience. Highly recommend every aspect of dealing with Faulkner Honda. They go the extra mile to satisfy their customers.

I can’t say enough good about this dealership. We have bought 6 Honda’s there over many years since shortly after their arrival. 

Recently I had very large maintenance bill for the 100k miles service on my ODYSSEE and the Service Director Bob Baker very concernedly & graciously worked with me, as a very “loyal” customer,to keep the cost down while still providing excellent service I’ve come to expect from Faulkner.

Then my wife had to take our CR -V in for service and she said she was really treated like, in her words, “royalty”. The sat down and explained everything in detail and further advised the condition of various items on the vehicle all in a very professional and courteous way.

Just more than pleased with our relationship with this dealership.

First time having my car in for service at Faulkner and they did not disappoint! While I was only in for an oil change and tire rotation, they noticed my inspection was past due (whoops!) and managed to fit me in for that as well. They did not charge me for the oil change nor inspection and simply charged for emissions test. I was floored! And very happy with my experience there. They also washed my car and made it look SO fresh and clean after the snowy, dirty roads had gotten all over it. I will definitely be back for more service in the future.

I have been going to the service department at Honda since I purchased my car a couple of years ago.  Every time I come in, I am always greeted kindly, doors are opened for me, and I am offered water.  I am always amazed at the professionalism and cleanliness.  Bob Baker, the service manager there, is always eager to help and make the experience as pleasant as possible.  I would not want to go anywhere else!
