Best auto purchase of my life. Called about vehicle on a Thursday. Andrew indicated that it was sold, but immediately sent me an email with several other autos available on their lot meeting my credentials and price range. Friday Andrew emails and calls me to tell me the financing for the buyer fell through and the initial auto I called about was available. Scheduled an appointment Saturday morning 9:30 to test drive auto. When we arrived, everyone at the dealership pleasantly greeted us and Andrew was immediately available. We test drove car, they looked at my trade in and we had a finalized transaction by 10:20. LESS THAN 1 HOUR! No haggling, no back and forth, straight talk from the start. Jonathan Tyson and his coworkers made our recent car purchase very smooth and easy. The entire team made my wife and I feel valued. Jonathan was very knowledgeable about and super helpful with everything dealing with selling us on our new 2018 Chrysler Pacifica. We did a good bit of research prior to looking so we had a good idea of what to expect but he expanded on it even more. It was our first time dealing with Stetler and it was a great experience. I'd definitely recommend them and will more than likely being doing business with them again in the future.

Go to Stetler Dodge Chrysler Jeep if your interested in a Jeep Cherokee Latitude! Andrew Christiansen, our Sales Rep, was very pleasant to deal with. He was very professional and quite informative concerning the Cherokee. He answered many questions we had before making our purchase of the Cherokee. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!! Johnathan was AWESOME!! No pressure! He was very easy to talk to, knew all the answers to the questions we had, and took his time with us. I have never bought a vehicle from here before, but we will be back!!!! Thank you for everything!

Tim Fling is hands down the best car salesman we have ever worked with! I know what I am posting might be a little over the top, but we had been looking for a new Jeep for about 2 months, and in that 2 months we came across some shady and down right rude salesmen. Tim and I had communicated a few days via e-mail since it was a 3 hour drive for us to get to his dealership. He was able to give me a ballpark figure on trade-in value of our Jeep to make sure it was worth us even going down there. He was very honest and straightforward about pricing and everything else in this process. He gave us the best deal on our new Jeep and gave us a very fair deal on our trade-in. Tim is the absolute ideal car sales man! He was not pushy, and at 1 point when we weren't 100% sure yet; he didn't turn instantly rude or try to bully us like the sales team at Blue Knob. Tim did everything he could to make this deal happen. The few other sales members that we had contact with at Stetler were great as well. This dealership is what other dealerships should strive to be. I can't say enough good things about Tim and the rest of the staff. Even though its 3 hours away; we are Stetler customers for life now, and we are trying to turn our friends and family on to them too. If you want a no B.S experience with great prices and a great sales team we can't recommend Stetler enough!
