I had the chance to work with Cecilia and Melissa. Cecilia was extremely patient, attentive, and helpful with picking our living room pieces. Melissa on the other hand helped with the order processing and final sale. Both were extremely professional, and attentive to our requests and I look forward to working with them for future purchases.

I cannot say enough nice things about BoConcept DC and its owner Tim Machenaud. I purchased an office chair from this shop almost 5 years ago and it held up beautifully until one of the wheels popped off -- it appeared that normal wear and tear had stripped a bolt of its threading. Despite the chair being out of warranty, Tim immediately offered to replace the entire chair at no cost to me. It was available to pick up from the showroom the next day. This is customer service at its finest. I'm now sitting in my new chair writing this review -- a very happy customer.

Great minimalistic, modern, playful and practical design. I bought two barstools and within a week received them at home. They are hydraulic so I can adjust them to different counter heights - thanks to Ayman and Tom for their through and professional service!

The team at Bo Concept did a terrific job in helping me find the right furniture for my new place. Ayman came and measured and presented a custom look that is elegant and comfortable. The delivery men were equally helpful. Tim is an excellent manager. I've always liked the furniture and other products at Bo Concepts but the Georgetown store is the best (better than the ones in London) I have visited.

Really great service! We bought 4 kitchen chairs which we love. One leg broke, and Tim (store owner) replaced all legs on all 4 chairs. It was unexpected and totally above and beyond service
