My wife and I had couldn’t be happier with our remote controlled roller shades. Tom patiently put up with our indecision and Tim measured on-site multiple times. In the end it all came together with a great product. We really appreciate the awesome customer service from everyone we dealt with.

From beginning to end.. The Shade Store was the best customer service experience I have had in a long time. The product line will make you drool, Jessica in the Georgetown store totally "got me" and helped me make a quick and perfect choice. John the installer was beyond knowledgeable and professional and quick! I can't say enough about this well run, top notch company.. I own a store and am extremely picky and customer service is my hobby horse.. They beyond impressed me!

I haven't actually been to the Georgetown store but this is a review of the company itself. I don't think I've ever dealt with a more helpful company. They are incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and responsive from the people at the store to the customer service people to the service people they send out to the house. I have had endless negative experiences with work done on my house and they have been the exception. I didn't even buy my original shades through them, I bought them through a third party they no longer work with and they managed to find all my information and help me through the whole process of fixing and replacing some shades. Thank you! I will always order from Shade Store in the future.
