I worked with Micheal and Dan, the store manager as well as Reeves and Alex. A team effort with input on different things. Really enjoyed interacting with everyone. When you like to talk bikes, that is what you do. They went above and beyond and I'm very happy with the outcome. This is my 5th Trek biked that I have purchased and was the best experience so far. The 1st from Trek Georgetown. The others were good but this was better because of the experience and their effort to make sure the bike selection was the right one and that I was happy. And I'm. Thank you!

Alex was extremely helpful and communicative in ordering parts and assembling my new bike. He made sure to set up my new bike with the same fit specifications as my old, taking the time to mark them. Build job was top level.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff and customer-oriented service shop. Store is clean and uncluttered, plus it's located close to major bike trails. Recommended.

I took my trek to the repair shop for a broken derailer hanger. Derailer was reattached but not all the gears are functioning as they should. Edit: Customer service called me and told me they have a 30 day policy where you can bring your bike back after a service if something isn’t working
