My most recent purchase of a captive bead ring and an internally threaded stud has me extremely disappointed. Within a week of wearing them the balls on both pieces of jewelry fell off and were missing.. I called them and they would not replace the jewelry or offer help in any kind of way. Will not be going back and do not suggest going here unless you want to waste money on jewelry that lasts for a week!

Low quality jewelry I wore a belly button ring for less than 3 hours and it fell apart and also most of the cashiers are pretty rude I won't be going here anymore

This place is not very professional...... ok so it shows that thwy do piercing and they DO NOT. I tried to call before I went and they didnt answer all three times so the website says they take walk-in so I went up there. When I asked about piercing they said we dont do that, their name isnt even the same name in the mall as it is on the website so it is a pain in the butt to even find. When I informed them that they state on their web site that they do piercings I was informed that its on all of their websites but they dont do piercings at any of them but thwy can not remove that from their website! Really? Because people change their web site up all the time. Thanks for the waste of time in traffic
