Went shopping on black Friday and got a treadmill and a elliptical.Came back a couple days later to pick them up in my truck and let me tell you they were huge! now there was only one guy there to get them in my truck. Without any help this man puts both pieces of equipment in the truck bed. They each weighed like 300 pounds. This guy really wowed me and I just want people to know that.

Tried contacting your store multiple times today via phone. No answer. Rings until it beeps out. One of your carts has been sitting in the Macy's parking lot for DAYS. And it is currently resting against someone's car door where the wind blew it into their car. Good luck.

This the worse place, bad management with attitude, I spend over $2000 appliances and next day they deliver the microwave was not working instead of exchange they told me to call Samsung and when I call Samsung they send in contractors3 times never solve the problem. I will never go back to sears stores.
