Really beautiful and stylish guest house. Love that there is only a few rooms in the building, it feels more personal and private. Also quite awesome that each room comes with a sound machine and a yoga mat as well. Love the fact downtown is barely a 5 minute walking distance away and the hands-off approach of checking-in, etc. It's awesome too that all of the work featured is by local artists and might be able to be bought. You can really tell that the people who own the BGH really love what they do and put a lot of thought and effort into what they do. I would definitely recommend staying here over and over. My husband and I stayed here for the night of our wedding and they really made sure to personalize it and make it special for us. We live here in Boise and was a little sad that this was the first time we had ever even heard of this great place! We will definitely be staying here again when we have the chance.

This is a great getaway right in your own backyard. Close enough to the heart of the city. And all within walking distance.

My family has stayed here for several years when we meet in Boise. Always a good experience. The rooms are well equipped and nicely decorated. We usually get one of the larger ones, and they are super roomy and a great value. We can walk to the restaurants and events we're attending in the downtown area. Love this place!

Easy check in and very comfortable room. Great value in a convenient location. Will definitely stay here again.

Great downtown location with lots of charm. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants, bars and coffee shops without having to stay in an expensive downtown hotel. Parking was easy, the neighborhood has a quiet residential feel, and the room (we stayed in the one off the front porch) was comfortable. We didn't use it this time, but it's great for longer stays to have the fridge and stove. We'll be back!
