This was a cheap motel. We had an absolute blast staying here, not much for rules, the kind of place you can stay without running into staff. Great for partying, but not much else. Rooms are quiet, very old and really rough shape (bathroom door had a hole in it). If you're reading reviews, this place is a seedy hotel, but you're probably looking for that. Also, apparently someone was murdered here a few years ago. Part of the fun. Stayed with a bunch of friends, but wouldn't stay here solo. Staff didn't really have much of an idea of what was going on, seemed confused that they worked for a motel almost. Stay if you need a really cheap room. Avoid if you care about room quality. Beds were comfy, though!

On the outside it may look run down and shabby, but inside the rooms is actually very big and really nice. I honestly don't know why they are only rates 2.5 stars. I would make them at least 3.5 stars. I had no problems with any staff there at all. It's super easily accessible. All in all it was a good visit.

Always quiet and clean. I've never had any problems with this hotel. Everything works and it's very convenient and affordable.

I enjoyed the very comfortable bed.  The free wifi was really, really slow and it kept kicking me off. When I needed it for business and I was getting DL Speeds of 1-2mbps, that didn’t work out so well.

It was a little noisy.

Fairly clean.  The sheets were replaced but the blanket had cigarette holes in it. 

Staff was very friendly.

Asked for non smoking, smells like an ash tray, stains on sheets, found a sex toy that has probably been there for months (it was dusty), online says check in any time, desk clerk charged me $25 early check in fee, all in all I have slept in dirt cleaner than this place. Only reason we stayed was because of March madness and everywhere else was booked.
