This is the most upscale and chic Residence Inn that I have stayed. The decor is all greys and steel, with pops of color here and there. The breakfast area is beautiful and the breakfast buffet is great. Nice happy hour specials in the breakfast area. The workout room is top notch, and the rooftop deck with firepits is fantastic for lounging in the evening. Nice indoor pool and hot tub, but was very crowded with kids on the weekend. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable, as well as very pretty!

Stayed here for a kids sports event the last weekend in 2017. Amazing hotel, great people, great rooms, and amazing service! Breakfast was great and there are so many tasty restaurant within walking distance. What topped off the stay was the hospitality and superior service! When we headed to our games, they would wish us good luck. Just an amazing stay. My new #1 choice for all of the Boise area!!

There were a lot of things right, but a few key things wrong. The kitchen and living area is fabulous, but the bedroom had no closet, the bathroom was kind of lackluster, and the worst part of it all was there was a BLINKING LIGHT ON THE CEILING that lit up the room all. night. long. I ended up sleeping with a pillow over my head. The hotel has lots of great amenities like large board rooms, pool and hot tub, and outdoor deck with fireplaces. They are still trying to get the kinks out of turning on the public fireplaces, we had to wait around for an employee to get the remote. And then it suddenly turned off so we went inside. Breakfast was good with lots of variety, a little something for everyone. I loved that the location was central to everything, we walked everywhere.

We had a wonderful experience, from the entrance to the exit. My husband and I would have loved to stay longer. The receptionist was very pleasant and gave us the necessary information we needed to know, we were fascinated by the room with a well equipped kitchen, the fireplaces in the patio, the jacuzzi, the pool, and the windows overlooking the city. Something special that we appreciate is the beautiful detail of the flowers and a card from the staff of the hotel for our anniversary, we loved it, and we wish to return soon.

We completely enjoyed our New Year's Eve stay. The rooms are attractive, modern, and well-appointed. We had easy access to downtown activities and the roof patio with fire bowls is a definite plus. Breakfast was nice and the staff was friendly and accomodating. Our only small issue was that check-out instructions should be more clear about needing your room key in order to exit the parking garage before placing it in a drop box; We left ours in the room and had a bit of a time getting the front desk to let us out.
