I enjoyed my stay here. The room was very comfortable...the pillows were divine! Loved the soft towels. Nice gestures from staff like offering me a bottle of water when I checked in. They had cookies around happy hour time, which filled the lobby with a delightful cookie aroma. Great location as there are several establishments within walking distance.

Comfy bed and pillows. Perfect location to walk all around the city, especially to see concerts at the knitting factory. Lobby is warm and comfy, football was on, on the TV and coffee, tea and hot chocolate were available for free.

Nice hotel with clean rooms, fitness center, free breakfast buffet, and free parking. The central downtown location is very convenient--within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, shops, cultural venues, and the Capitol.

Fabulous staff! Stayed the night on short notice. After calling, I received a better rate then what was being shown on the online booking sites. My room was great--clean, modern, quiet-- and even had a view. But here's where they really went above and beyond. I lost my phone at some point while at a show not far from the hotel and the hotel's front desk staff went out of their way to help me track it down. Brogan contacted the venue owner--he knew him--and later that day, got a hold of me to confirm my phone had been found! The gal that was working there too--wish I had caught her name--was also extremely kind and helpful. I don't live far from Boise but if I ever need another "staycation" I know exactly where I will be making my reservations!

Location is right in the middle of downtown Boise which was perfect. Service was friendly and quick. Besides the usual stuff like a waffle maker and fruit/grains, there was rice and miso soup in the Continental breakfast which was a nice change. Room was clean and good overall. Only complaint is that the pillows were pretty scratchy.
