Gross. The room felt and smelled dirty. The bathroom tub and floor were not clean. Bed skirts had scary mystery stains. We were booked two nights because a family member had surgery there. We checked out after the first night and went somewhere else. Girls at the front desk were nice. Easy to find. And the pool was good. But those were the only good qualities.

We were passing through Boise and needed a place to stay for the night. They charged $180 for our room which is laughable. I was shocked by the condition of the room, especially for the cost. The walls are paper thin and we could hear everything going on in the room next to ours. The room had damage to the ceiling. The air conditioner did not fully function. The floor was coming up in the bathroom and the tub was filthy. Unfortunately, we would have been better off to save our money and sleep in the car.

Very well maintained and clean. Great staff and friendly pet policy. Backs up to terrific paved biking and walking trail along the river. Will stay there again!

This Motel is so good that if I could clone it and take it with me on my 17 day trip around the United States it would be my preferred First Choice motel everything about this Motel is top rate. 

The first positive attention is to cleanliness it shows that you can have a quality product for Travelers by keeping it clean. while the bones of this Motel are solid it does have its wears and tears but the staff and the management do a credible job with keeping the place organized and presentable safe and comfortable.

The breakfast was beyond compare in any motel that I have stayed in in the last 3 years well not five star rating on breakfast the selection and the attention to detail by the housekeeping staff with quality items including eggs bacon sausages offers a traveler's a good start to their morning.

This is the best mid-range medium-priced motel that I have stayed in in quite some time and his true value for any traveler looking for Quality cleanliness and comfort.

This is one of those standard cheap budget motels where you stay because it's a place to sleep for just a few bucks. What makes this place better, though, is that everyone we dealt with were all really nice and really sweet. Would go back when traveling on a tight budget.
