The beds were the most comfortable compared to the other places we had stayed on our week long trip. Our room smelled and looked like brand new. I love the extra couch area which makes it feel  more like a living area. The staff is very friendly although it felt like they were a little under staffed since the front desk was manning the kitchen and we tried to call does 3 times and didn't get an answer. Still, I would stay here again as it was very nice and I slept well.

Loved it a lot!!!
We had a room with the separated area with the couch as seen in the pics other people have uploaded. It was perfect because it gave us a place to keep our suitcases and to well, be a bit messy without feeling like we were being messy since there was so much space. Honestly, the coffee was pretty good. Perhaps it was just the day, but I really liked the coffee. There’s a pool, and it a decent size. We were at the hotel during thanksgiving time so the pool seemed a bit cool in temperature.

Rooms are great, walking distance to everything down town. Their staff are extremely friendly and lots of different common space on the ground floor. The outdoor pool and hot tub in the winter were awesome. The only reasons I didn't give it 5 stars is because the shower heads are terrible (spray too wide or too narrow, no useful in between setting) and also powdered eggs and food were cold for breakfast. But I'd definitely stay there again, if those two things get tightened up it would be one of the best budget friendly hotel I'd have stayed at.

Excellent customer service!  Perfect downtown location!  Great breakfast and the bar is open late. You can order food there also. Would HIGHLY recommend this hotel!!

Loved staying here this past weekend. Beautiful hotel, stunning, well-appointed rooms, easy location to walk everywhere in town. The only downside is the pillows, not nearly as comfortable as I expect. Other than that this place is a no-brainer. Half the price of several other downtown hotels, for a much nice overall experience.
