Normal fast food setting and ambiance. I tried a fried chicken thigh, the counter person gave me a biscuit to try also because I'd confessed to this being my first visit. The chicken was above average, the biscuit not fluffy the way I prefer and a bit dry and hard. Second visit Update: Again with the same order. Biscuit was fluffy and nice, however, this time the chicken was only average, perhaps having been held too long. Review loses a star for inconsistency, sigh.

Always love visiting Bojangles in my travels. I was excited to hear they were building one in Gainesville. They are quick and consistently good. Only gripe I have is the location is hard to get to from time to time.

This is by far the best fast food restaurant I've been to in ages (and i'm only 20). The customer service was amazing. Michele took care of us and suggested what to get, told us where everything was and was just super great. Not to mention the food was incredible AND totally reasonably priced. I wish we had one in my home town.

Probably a little better than the other chain fried chicken joints in town. But I don't frequent any of them that often. The newness of it probably helps. Not all but a portion of the staff seemed basically unaware that customers were just on the other side of the counter. Loud conversation, and language that probably should not be held in earshot of customers. Unprofessional to say the least.

Food is good. I feel like they could give you more food for the price you're paying. I also feel they can change a few items on their menu. All their biscuits deserts taste the same just with different condiments on top of it or fruit in them. Bo Berry bisques are good. Chicken is ok. The BO tenders are REALLY good. Rice is good. Mac and Cheese is good. Drinks are good. Awesome Sweet tea. Overall, It's convenient place.
