I love pizza and get Pizza Hut fairly often. But I feel that this needs to be made public. My driver got lost today. He called me twice asking for directions. I eventually asked him to please call the store and ask them for help, because he was lost in another apartment complex. He instead asked me to meet him at the other complex that he was lost at. I refused to do this, at this point it was way past sunset. Pizza Hut is within walking distance of my apartment but I did not want to walk over there at night in the dark. I think it is crazy that that was even requested that I walk to a different complex other then where I live to pickup my pizza. I spoke to someone at the store and they said that he would be talked to.

Ordered food at 730pm. They came with the wrong pizza. Next pizza wasn't sent till 911pm. The manager TOM is so rude and such a disgrace when it comes to service. Never said sorry even once for the mistake they did and in turn he said the delivery time was running at 75mins. I called at 830 to check on the status and the person said the driver left with the food (they lied) because when I called and spoke to manager (TOM) he said I will send it out right now. I rejected the delivery and asked for the money back. Absolutely ridiculous!!! If managers like Tom can's handle customers then we can consider otger chains!!

I waited for over an hour I received the wrong order and I was told "someone should've called me to tell me they didn't have what I ordered" I walked in and placed my order and waited patiently but was brushed off. I asked for a refund and the person working acted as if I was inconveniencing them! This was a pretty aggravating experience and they need better workers and more training they deserve ZERO stars!

Horrible, they do not deliver your order correctly and even forget items from your order! I ordered a pizza and a 2-Liter pepsi but the driver forgot the pepsi and then the store stopped taking calls 4 hours before they close. I had to call pizzahut customer service to get compensation for this awful service. Highly discourage this store.

Great service, nicest staff, clean restaurant, and a great menu! Pizzas salads finger foods and something for the kids too if they don't prefer the old fashioned menu.
