Very accommodating staff. Very clean, friendly, atmosphere. Food was the appropriate temperature to start eating. Great portions for large and small appetites. New staff forgot to set out utensils and cloth napkins. We got some from another table.

Spent three weeks in contact with the Group Sales Manager, Jackie, being promised a space for a social event. She promised to call me back on two separate occasions and never did. She made me believe that we would be able to use the space, but after calling today, I spoke with the Manager who promptly told me it absolutely wasn't possible. This is a week and a half out of our event and now I am completely screwed. I will be sharing this with everyone I know at my place of business. I've never been so disappointed in customer service, ever.

Literally the worst dining experience of my life. Waited 40 minutes for a drink, which never came, so I went to the bar to get it myself. Asked for a water, waited an hour for it. Waited an hour for a medium rare steak that came out so far past well done that I could have knocked someone out with it. Unfortunately I chose to send it back instead of just cutting my losses. Waited another half hour for a new steak, with which my same old cold sides came back out of the kitchen (yum!). By this time the majority of the table was done eating, except for the others who hadn't gotten their food until 30 minutes after everyone else too. We sadly picked at our food until we couldn't stand it any more. The server then brought the checks out. Waited another extraordinary length of time to pay for this lovely experience. The server never asked if we wanted boxes, which was probably good because the thought of eating the steak that took so long for me to get filled me with rage. Then the manager decides to walk past and ask how everything was, with the thumbs up sign no less...nope. We explained our experience to him at which point he implies that we are at fault for not "telling him sooner". He was still making excuses and talking about free appetizers at our next visit when I walked out. The only good thing about it was the good company, but I won't set foot in this place ever again.

The service was really slow and it wasn’t even busy. The dessert is great. However, I ordered a medium steak and got a live cow instead! It made me nauseous. The pasta is not worth the money but it is good. I would recommend red lobster instead.

Great place. The food was good and the happy hour specials were pretty reasonable. A good spot for a nice dinner with family, friends, or date night. Full bar and huge drink menu available
