Worst experience ever!!! I give so many chances, but last week a Monday around 5:30pm with 5 employee. No plates at all when one of the guys put the plates they still wet. The first plate I took it still dirty. All the pizzas cold and old. The hide it under the line as soon as they have chance put it back in the line. I really try to like the place. But the place is nasty don't try to go to the restrooms nasty as hell. Don't waste your money.

The food made me sad in all ways possible. Only the brownies are worth eating even if you are starving to death.

My wife Sue and I go to Cicis twice a week. We talked to Kaitlyn the new manager last visit. She is turning Cicis around, She is a strong leader and a hard worker. We also talked to Samantha a very nice young lady and also a hard worker. I missed Shantie she wasn't working she was off last time we came in. All in all Cicis has great pizza, a great salad bar, and fantastic deserts. We get a great dinner, nice people to talk to and a relaxed atmosphere for a very reasonable price. Thank you Cicis
