The manager was absolutely awful. I ordered a simple cheese pizza Hot-N-Ready and Italian cheese bread, nothing crazy. They had several pepperoni Hot-N-Readys already made but no cheese pizzas - no big deal, I waited patiently. After waiting 10 minutes, I got a pizza box as well as a smaller box with the cheese bread. Since I assumed that such a simple order couldn't be screwed up and I also was distracted by asking for dipping sauces (which they charge for apparently), I didn't bother opening the bottom box to make sure it was correct. After driving in the pouring rain (not kidding, there were ambulances rushing down 34th street and everything) I came home to discover they gave my a pepperoni pizza (I'm vegetarian). I called the store to request for a refund and the guy I spoke to couldn't have cared less. He wanted me to drive back to the store in the pouring rain just to get the $5 refund instead of handling it over the phone despite the detailed description I gave him of myself whom he had just dealt with 10 minutes prior and he didn't offer any kind of apology or consolation for the mishap. His demeanor in the store was also unprofessional as well but it's a pizza joint so I didn't care at the time. Anyway, the incompetence and disrespect was absurd. I DO NOT recommend this location.

The woman at the front was rude and disprespectfull. I'd rather pay more and get good pizza from 5 Star across town then spend another dollar at a Little Caesars franchise because of this experience. Shame, because Little Caesars was my go to pizza place, but not anymore.

Horrible service I walked in to get a hot and ready and a 2 litre tried to pay with a gift card and the girl with golds told me I couldn't use the gift card because a manager was not present after which I said ok then on my way out one of the other employees said to me "what'd you say ni**a?!" I didn't say anything but "ok". I then called the next day and a "manager" told me they do take gift cards without a manager present he then asked me who told me that,so I told him I was then placed on hold and he came back and said they dont take gift cards at all. This place is a joke and I'm boycotting all little caesars because anyone who's ok with this injustice is not gonna get my business.
