I eat here pretty regularly and love it but I arrived last night at 9:40 (it says online that the restaurant closes at 10) and was told that they were closed even though the lights were still on and the open sign was on. The girl walked from the back and scoffed and when I asked if they were still open she told me no. So not sure if the hours are wrong online or if the employees are deciding to close early themselves.

This is a 1-Star review for one reason and one reason only - the customer service was the worst that I've ever experienced out of any consumer-based business anywhere. 

I had never been to a Which Wich before so I was confused walking into the place, but had looked online and wrote down what sounded good. Was greeted with crossed arms and attitude waiting for me to decide what I wanted to do. I didn't realize how the ordering method worked until I read some other reviews online and I felt like I was treated as an idiot in the store. She stook out her hand so that she could see the paper I had written on, and started punching things into the register. She originally punched in the wrong sandwich and I pointed it out only to get the response "It doesn't matter, they are all the same price." Understandable, but to someone who hasn't been here before I just wanted to make sure I got the food correctly.

Didn't get a choice on hot or cold which was disappointing, and sandwiches were left on the counter and walked away from with no bag. Left the store without being spoken to, only to hear the two employees gossipping about when they got off work. 

Very uncomfortable experience and won't be back for that reason - which is a shame because both sandwiches were absolutely incredible. Good food, worst customer service ever seen.

One if the top 3 sandwich shops in Gainesville! I've always enjoyed their unique ordering system and flavorful food.
