Some Chili's are good; others aren't. This one is by far the worst I've ever been to. My girlfriend and I went on a Sunday afternoon at around 4pm -- not a busy time. We ordered a appetizer and two entrees. It took nearly 20 minutes to get our drinks. At around 30 minutes we asked where our appetizer was and the waiter had forgot to order it. He came back out with our entrees a minute later and said the appetizer was on it's way. I said to forget the appetizer. Then we both realized that our meals were wrong. I have a specific dietary restriction that I explained to the waiter explicitly. I sent mine back; my girlfriend didn't. The food was okay, not anything notable. I tried to pay for the meal and found that the check was all wrong, with doubles of most menu items. Despite all of the issues, a manager did not come out to even offer an apology. Ridiculous! Will never go to this Chili's again!

Ordered at 2:32 pm...not busy at all...it’s 3:14 pm and I’m still waiting for my food. No excuses by the waitress. She’s just acting as if it’s completely normal to wait an hour on your food. Also, it smells like dirty dishes in here.

To begin with, our waitress was nice. As the 50 minutes progressed, we seemed to become more of a burden to her. 20 minutes or so into waiting for our food, we realized we were going to be late for our movies. So my husband asked for the waitress to have the bill ready when our food came. She brought the bill out right way, picking it up about 10 minutes later with still no food. This was about 30 minutes in. Ten minutes later, my husband asked for her to also bring boxes for us so we can eat in a hurry. This was 40 minutes of waiting for our food. Ten minutes later the waitress brought all of our food in boxes. I understand she was trying to be proactive, please know we did not leave her a bad tip whatsoever. There were 4 other tables that were waited on and got their food even tho they were seated long after us. We waited for our food for 50 minutes and paid $70 for take out, after tip.. won't be back for a while.

Thanks for being our favorite date night place. Shelly is our favorite bartender. We frequent this location because of Shelly, the other employees, the food, the drinks, and the other customers! The atmosphere is always so fun and friendly! We've made new friends pretty much every date night! Try new food we always love, Shelly knows us and our drinks as soon as we come in, and we always have interaction with not just Shelly, but other employees who are working just as hard. We love Chili's!!!!!!!

So chilis is my favorite restaurant. However after today i will definitely not come back to this location. My fork that was brought to me was dirty and so my food got cold in the process of waiting for my waitress to come by so i could ask for another. And seeing as i can't take my food home with me to reheat it because i have to stay in the area for awhile for a Job interview it was a big waste of money. The place was not busy at all and even had to wait awhile for my appetizer sauce. Will definitely not recommend this place to others. The service is extremely poor.
