We dined at The Broiler and it was great as usual. The salad bar has a wide selection and the soups are delicious. The Chicken Gumbo was perfectly spiced and the Cream of Mushroom soup is rich and flavorful. I had halibut and it was cooked perfectly. My spouse had the prime rib but he's an end-cut guy and we were dining late. The chef grilled the prime rib then he also opted for the Gorgonzola crust which was delicious. Service was great and friendly. If you want to enjoy a fantastic but casual steak dinner off The Strip, The Broiler in Boulder Station is a solid bet.

Boulder Station is always a very satisfying experience.  The easiest Station property to get to from the interstate. I always feel safe when at Boulder station. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. It's a bit of a walk from the front desk to the hotel, but this allows time to see a lot of the games available and the places to eat.    Be sure to get a boarding pass, those points add up fast and there are great choices to redeem those points for.

My Husband and I come to Boulder Station all the time to eat, play, and stay-cate! We love their weekday local hotel rates and their suites, when we can, are amazing! Although, for the price and size and amenities of the suites, locals or not, their concierge service is poor. Every once in a while we get lucky and hit a few dollars, but it is not a regular occurrence. Food is great here though, the buffet, when purchased with players card, is reasonably priced and we'll worth the cash as the food is awesome! Boulder station is probably our favorite of all the Station's Casino's, but per the norm for all Station's, customer service usually leaves something to be desired.

Boulder Station is always fun! They have a nice selection of slot games, great bingo room, and delicious food at the Feast Buffet! The staff is always helpful and smiling! The only thing I don't care for is us having to put money in the machine to play my free play. Especially when I accumulate a bunch of points while I'm gambling that I can use for free play and realize I lost my last penny! Can't even get it without more of my money in the machine! They're the only ones that make you do it! Otherwise this is a great place to go! And the entertainment is spectacular!

Poor customer service, check in front desk associate was rude and seemed agitated during the check in process. Check out associate was combative about a small billing dispute and we had to plead with the associate to speak with a member of management, when we were finally transferred to a manager to address what we thought was an included child's buffet ticket a person claiming to be the hotel director either lacked the authority or willingness to resolve the dispute even after we explained that we were able and willing to provide proof to support the reason for our position.

The facilities where nice and worthy of a good rating but in hospitality customer service is one of the most important factors one should be judged on. This team failed in this area and as a result I unfortunately cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment at this time or in the near future to friends, coworkers or acquaintances and most likely will go out of my way to recommend against staying at a station property given my current opinion of the customer service at this property. I would have loved to have been able to give a higher rating and was excited about what the facilities had to offer when we originally booked the room, it's very unfortunate that it turned out to be a disappointment over customer service which should be one of the easiest things to control and drive for management. We decided to extend our stay in the Area and did so for 2 additional days with another hospitality provider due to our customer service issues at this property.
