I’ve never had a bad experience at this office. I usually get an immediate response from any phone calls I may make my caseworker. They make it easy for you.  Remember, folks, all you have to do is hand in your proper paperwork on time and there is no issues. Also remember that your caseworker is a person just like you. If you talk to them about any problems you may have handing in what you need they are very helpful. That has been my experience & I appreciate the work they do. Thank you.

The folks at this office are very helpful. I usually try and do things in person because dealing with the call center is sometimes challenging, but the office is closed due to covid, so I went online and made the changes I needed to. Just a few hours later someone called me from this office to go over the changes and verify everything, so that was very reassuring. Thank you!

The State of Pennsylvania has no idea what an amazing employee they have in Ms Nicole Wibirt at the Bradford County Assistance Office.  A trust asset  - professional, courteous and incredibly helpful.

Never answer phone calls, never return phone calls. Horrible communication. Only do things through the mail, months later. Always losing my benefits and they always claim I never send the right information, when in fact, I do.

I had an issue with Medicaid coverage and called to get my questions answered. The man I talked to was VERY condescending, disrespectful, rude, and just downright nasty. He treated me very stupidly for not knowing the answers I'm literally only 19 and have no idea what I'm doing. I was in tears by the time I hung up.

I didn't have any problems with using this page. I find that its probably a little easier on everyone. Just send a message on what you need to inform them or contact them about.

The worker I have for food stamps didn’t even send me a left saying they’re taking them away I’ve been two months without my food stamps and she refuses to answer my calls

They don't answer your calls, and never call you back. They just cut me because of this.
