They don't even deserve stars. I've dealt with nasty people but this is the worse. I called today had a problem talked with Mr. Wells and apparently he didn't want to help me. He said" I don't have time to talk to you I'm busy." Wow he works with the public? Ignorant. He needs better people skills or toss him to the curb. No I'm not saying could do his job but have a little compassion.? You go there for assistant to get yourself through life and all you deal with is ignorance. No thank you!!!
Iam reading everyone comments and I AGREE with alot of it. If they make mistake is who cares and if they feel they are right they hold it forever trying to prove themselves right even when not. If say but you said this and that they deny n deny and their customer service manners are horriable. my car battery died and asked for help was told no bc helping is against rules bc jumping someone could cause a lawsuit that's what I was told and when asked if could help contact someone told no but was told that i can't leave my car there or it will be towed. I don't enjoy dealing with them sometimes bc of the attidude. told stop let me speak or your not getting it pay attention!! No patience or understanding nothing they don't even think maybe the person they are talking to may have disabilities no patience. Yes I get they do get busy and I understand they have alot of pl in need trying to help. But think sometimes they need to breathe in and out now during the business day. But I also noticed not everyone every case manger is like that but sadly ive seen n heard many not so nice moments
Their customer service and case workers are the worst of the Pennsylvania work force I've ever encountered.....they are rude incompetent and if I did not need the help I'd stay as far away from them as I could....I've I could give a negative star they'd have all 5 negative stars from me.
If i could rate it a zero I most certainly would. How is it acceptable that your employees can make errors that greatly affect people's lives and there is NEVER any accountability? The best thing this place is for is a headache and to see how they throw up the smoke and mirrors to dance around their wrong doings. Forget contacting a supervisor or a caseworker and getting help, they'll leave your bellies empty and leave you feel so dehumanized by the time you leave and still try to claim they did nothing wrong. And their receptionist are going to get them a lawsuit one day for discussing people personal information the way they do and as loudly as they do.
The elder lady at the desk got done helping 2 women and the guy who was next in line she made him stand there and would not help him. She even had the nerve to ask him to move out of line. No one else was in line and she stood behind the desk and never did help him. She needs to retire. The guy was only dropping off an important document that his case worker needed as soon as possible. His case worker is great and very helpful and a blessing. But the lady at the front desk is wrong for what she did. This deserves a congressional complaint. Don’t want anyone else to go through what she put that guy through.
STOP SENDING ME MAIL FOR MY DEAD BROTHER. I ALREADY CALLED ABOUT IT AND WAS TOLD IT'D STOP. IT HASN'T.
Never return calls and the case worker just interrupted me while I was speaking and said he's not dealing with it Pennsylvania turning off my card, and hung up on me! Horrible people! And shame on you "Mr. Wells"!!

Horrible service!!!! Every time I call, the person answering hangs up the phone. I called over 5x and it’s the same thing. The individual assigned to my case didn’t return my phone call and I called twice last week. If it’s an assistance program for individuals that need help, their doing a HORRIBLE JOB!!!
Did not like from the beginning but finally today someone from this office felt the need to call me and be rude for no reason. I agree with everyone else when it comes to no one picks up and no one ever gets my documents or I do not receive anything from them. They have to fix the communication so this place can work better. Plus I do not like how the app is not working for me at all, I take a picture of a document and send it and a month later no one has received anything yet. I am confused!
