Wish I could give a zero star review. Dropped my car off at 9am to be looked at by the service department because the car was spraying oil from the spark plugs and the engine sounded like the rpms were high even when in sixth gear. After six hours had past without hearing from the service people, I called and was put on hold for several minutes. When I finally got to talk to someone all they did was take my number to call me back later. An hour later I received a call saying that the ticket for my car had been closed out because the ticket had been written up for a check engine light. Since the check engine light wasn't on, the ticket had been closed. After explaining to the service personnel that my engine light had never come on and that wasn't the reason I had brought my car in, I was informed that it would most likely be the next day before they could look at my car again. So now I'm expected to take another day off work because of their mistakes. I  can assure you once I get my car back I will not be using this service department again.

Poor service, I asked for some recall work and they never called me back. They told me about a leak I had but said it was leaking in a different spot than it was. I would recommend using their service department. The recall work they did do was crappy they replaced my air bags and didn't put all my molding back the way it was.

Had appt for 11am for Oil Change. Was told it was a quick lube location. Showed up 15 mins early. After sitting for a hour and nothing said to me. Went and asked about was told should be done soon. It should not take over a hour for a oil change.

Very racial environment but Kempton was helpful and worked with us beyond what was expected. Was happy with my purchase but could have done better.
