I went for service on my vehicle.  The staff is very friendly and will discuss everything thoroughly.   Prices are reasonable.   The only issue I had is the length of time.  I set up an appointment for an oil change that takes over an hour and a half because they are busy.   Kind of defeats the point of setting up an appointment if you are still waiting that long for a quick service. Happened a couple times so seems to be the norm.  Place is very clean and easy to get to.

Worst experience ever. I told the young sales lady I was looking for a used car for my daughters first car. They had a Nissan Rogue 2012 that was just turned in. I didn't need financing, I was paying cash. I asked them to give me the best deal, so we didn't have to go back and forth. I sat at the desk for a total of 2.5 hours all together. First deal they came back with was 2k over regular market price. I said No, sat for another 30 min and this continued back and forth. I finally had enough and decided to go somewhere else. I asked them not to run the sales game, where they leave me sitting and pretend to see what the best deal is. They did it and wasted 2.5 hours of my time. I noticed for the last 30 minutes my sales lady went missing. I as I was leaving she was already working someone else outside. This place is a joke. I went to George Coleman Ford and got great service and the car I needed. This place was so great that even though they didn't have the car I wanted, they searched other dealers and got the car. I ended up by 2 cars with them and one of them being a 2017 brand new Truck.

My salesperson was great in the beginning, but ended up giving us the runaround and would leave us sitting at his desk for 45 mins at a time while helping others so customer service wasn’t the best. But Oscar the finance guy was AMAZING! He was very honest, genuine, & helpful! 5 stars for Oscar!

One of the things I absolutely hate about buying a new car is the sitting around and waiting, well I did not do a lot of that here at all. Ed and Mike and everyone else involved were speedy when it came to negotiating and after we had made a deal they were quick to get the necessary paperwork filled out. I walked out of Nissan of Greer with my perfect new car that I got a great deal on and they were more than fair with my trade in. If you are in the market for a Nissan, look no further than Nissan of Greer.

I had no issues with the personnel. This was my first visit. The issue was two fold. First they took 2 hours to change the oil, 27 point inspection and rotate tires. Although I did not watch the vehicle the entire two hours I never saw anyone working on it when I checked. I got it back and discovered they did not fill up the windshield wiper fluid.  This raised a concern, did they do anything? I mean the dash light showing the fluid was needed was as big as day. No one noticed? not even the service rep who brought my truck around? Sloppy.  I will try another dealership or independent oil change service before returning to Greer Nissan.
