Last week while traveling from Raleigh to Atlanta, I had a light come on while on the highway indicating I had a possible tire issue. I pulled off and went to Vic Bailey Honda and I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were, especially my Service consultant Stephen. It was only myself and young daughter traveling. They inspected all the tires and replaced the flat, along with inspected the entire car for ease of mind. They got me up and running back on the road quickly and I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, speedy repair, and thoroughness. I just wish I lived closer so they could be my everyday service provider!

I came in with very specific requirements in mind and a very specific budget. The first car I was taken to was already several thousand dollars above my price range and they were not willing to budge. Next, I was shown a brand new car even more expensive than the already over budget used car. I believe these guys were much more interested in making the sale they wanted to make rather than finding the car that was right for me. They were really smooth talkers though. I have never wanted to purchase a brand new car specifically because of the instant depreciation. After talking with this guy,  we were about ready to increase our budget and tack on an extra couple of years to the financing. Be very careful here.

I love the no hassle pricing and Vic Bailey made the purchase of my new Civic easy from start to finish. It was a big improvement over some of the car buying experiences in my past. I would highly recommend this dealer to my friends and family!

If I could leave a negative review, I without a doubt would. The service manager is extremely unhelpful, The cashier girls are extremely rude, and the service tech Shawn is very pushy. They messed up my payment, and ended up taking over $500 out of my account and refused to put it back in. Apparently learning how to operate the card machine is not taught before they start their job. When I asked to speak to the owner, Chip, I was told that he was busy and unable to come downstairs. I guess as a paying customer, my time is not worth theirs. Sandra, the office manager I believe was extremely rude and unwilling to fix the girls mistake. I WILL NEVER do business with them again.

I arrived to the Vic Bailey Honda yesterday afternoon to excitedly view a used car that had recently arrived to their lot that I saw online. A salesman greeted us and went to check on his computer to see if the car was still available and where it was located. I spent 1.5 hours at the dealership picking up the car from the detailer and test driving it. I was ready to buy the car. Upon arrival back to the dealership, the car salesman goes inside and comes back to inform us that the car has ALREADY BEEN SOLD. 

I walked off the property furious that the car salesmen wasted my afternoon, and that the car salesman was not aware of what cars were and were not for sale. Today, the car salesman calls me and informs me that the deal never went through and that the car is actually available. I hurriedly arrive to the lot to drive the car again. However, I was extremely disappointed in the quality of customer service I received both yesterday and today when trying to buy the car. Vic Bailey Honda claims on their website to "provided the best selection of vehicles, and quality customer service", yet this is not what I experienced. It was because of the poor customer service that I ultimately did not buy the car today. Not once did the manager come out today or yesterday to apologize for the mistake. Furthermore, the price of the car increased between today and yesterday. The salesman was willing to sell it to me for the cheaper price, yet when negotiating the deal, he continuously held this against me, and insisted this was a big favor he was doing for me.
