$743.58 for an oil change! Was notified the Tacoma needed a dealer frame inspection and I thought it would be good to have the oil changed at the same time. The Service Department found the frame was heavily rusted, but did not qualify for free replacement. They also identified 10 recommended repair items, with costs totaling over $5,000. I indicated I would consider them, but only wanted the oil change then. Shortly after that I was told my truck wouldn’t start and that it’s fuel pump was bad! Whoa, I’ve owned this Tacoma almost 2 years and never had the slightest hint of a problem with starting or engine operation. But what can you do? You’re captive to their operation, so a day later and $743.58 poorer, I get my truck back with a new fuel pump (which you can’t see because it’s inside the gas tank). Coincidence? Serendipity? Fraud? I don’t know, the whole incident leaves me with a very negative feelings about dealer service centers.

Very clean place and people were very nice. The only thing that I had to check up on them to see if my vehicle was ready. It would be nice if I had a call since I had left my car at the location to do some errands somewhere else. Overall, the place is good. Personnel need more communication skills.

These people only care to make a sale. Beyond that, any questions that may arise will go completely ignored. Tried reaching out countless times to only have the front desk girl tell me she would "leave a message" to the person of interest. Then I would have to follow up since I would never get a call back.

Left a message trying to talk to the GM since the primary sales person Jay Lewis has no idea on how to treat customers (a call dropped when I was talking to him, and he did not call back. When I called back it never got connected, and so I emailed him to call me back. NOTHING) - but the GM has YET to respond.

Bottom line, if you are looking to buy a Toyota - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE as this place is AWFUL.

I will NEVER buy anything else from these people!! Customer service absolutely sucks when it comes to having issues between the dealership and Southeast Toyota Finance. Very quick to sell you but that's where it ends!!  They could be the very last dealership on the planet to buy a vehicle and I would lace up my boots and hit the road!! Be warned!!
