I feel incredibly fortunate to have such a great agency handle our insurance needs. The team at Brent Ward's agency is excellent. I specifically work with Karyn Hammond. She has handled our crazy blended family situation with teenage drivers, our home, umbrella policy and personal property riders. I have the utmost confidence in her consultation and rest at ease knowing we are protected. The Brent Ward Agency truly has our best interest at heart.

I submit an online survey to search my home and auto insurances. Ashley Hammond sent me an email and started this process. We were so happy that she became our State Farm sales agent. she was very friendly,  informative, in a professional manner. She helped us to understand more about what we are getting and the reasons. We would highly recommend her. She made our Insurance switch-over so easy, and we feel more comfortable and peaceful with all these coverage to our family. Wished we would have done it sooner.

Unfortunately State Farm and the Brent Ward office has lost my business. I have held car insurance for over a decade through this office and when I bought a home I also added homeowners insurance through them. Within a year of owning my home, my garage was broken into and items were stolen. I submitted a claim and was told they would no longer carry my homeowners policy because of having filed a claim. I asked what was the purpose of insurance and was told  "Insurance is there to restore you to your state prior to a loss". Well then tell me why utilizing insurance to restore myself following a loss results in losing coverage. Apparently there is little regard for customer loyalty. Would not recommend.

Called in to the office today and Dianna cheerfully answered the phone.  I said who I was and told her why I was calling.  By the time I finished my short question, she had our account already on her screen.  Dianna answered my question about our account quickly and accurately.  She efficiently took a payment over the phone and within minutes my receipt was in my email inbox!  Very refreshing to get something taken care of over the phone without waiting minutes and having numerous transfers and lots of questions!  Great service makes for customer loyalty!

I've used State Farm for years for both my personal and business insurance needs.  Brent Ward branch is amazing.  Merrie always takes such good care of me.  I love having all my insurance policies under one roof.  I like that I can call Merrie directly.  I always send anyone looking for insurance their way.  Thank you guys, keep up the great work!
