The Chris Jones team is an excellent team to work with. I have been working with Devan Buckingham from the team; and her professionalism, expertise, and care for the customer is superb. Any questions or concerns I have, I always get a quick and positive response from either her or another member of the team. I would highly recommend choosing Chris Jones State Farm.

Switched from All State with the help of Robert at this office and have not looked back. Always willing to help with issues and answer even the stupidest of questions. It's as good of an insurance experience as you'll get!

I am convinced this is the best place to get your auto insurance in WA state. Chris Jones and his team are top notch. Chris remembers personal details about you even years after you have talked to him. It really shows that he cares and listens. Me and bud Curtis rave about how he provides the best service ever known to man kind. Go here and never look back!

Tim has been nothing but the best Chris Jones - State Farm Insurance guy in the world! I have had the best experinces from the start. I needed to find the best insurance for my first ever brand new 2017 car, but i needed an afforadble rate. Tim was extremely paitent answering all of my millions of questions. Tim was also extremely knowable on the best and affordable insurance for me! My car unforutnally was hit and Tim was nothing but helpful in such a crucial situation. He coached me through the process and always made sure to keep positive. Im glad to know that I am supported even during times of sadness. Thank you Tim for all the answers and positivity you bring to the table.  I hope you will stay at the Chris Jones State farm Insurance company forever. OR open your own Tim Insurance! You seriously ROCK and I will forever have my insurance through you!!!! I feel this review doesnt do any justice so I highly recommend to check out the office ask for Tim and see for yourself!!!!!! :]
