I was in need of a car bad since my Ford Ranger broke down on me on my way to work. I heard some good things about this place and gave them a call. Called them last Thursday and talked to Joel Lawson telling him what I was willing to spend. He was nice, friendly, professional, and kept in contact with me throughout the day. Friday morning he called and said that he had a 2013 Chrysler 200 in my price range. Since I was at work and couldn't make it there we did some business on the phone and delivered my newly purchased care to me. This is what customer service is. If you need a car, call and talk to Joel Lawson. He will do his best to get you what you are looking for.

We just purchased a Ford Edge for my wife, and we love it. The Edge looks and runs like new. Our salesperson, Molly, was so professional and made the test drive and purchase easy. This is our third purchase with Luxury & Imports, and it won't be our last. Thank you for outstanding vehicles and excellent customer service.

Just bought a charger here and everything went smooth! Got me a very good interest rate and the customer service is great! If you are in need of a car Joel Lawson is a great person to talk to!

We have bought 5 vehicles from here in the last 13 years. Even back when they were a much smaller dealership in a different location. I'd say we've been loyal customers, right? We've always been very happy with our vehicles and service. The last few months however, have left much to be desired. We've left 3 times without a vehicle. A couple months ago, we left because we were told someone would help us "soon", then we were completely ignored for about 20 mins before we finally decided to just leave. Then the last 2 times, we came to see vehicles that were listed on the website, but gone when we got there (still on their website when we were there). Inventory wasn't updated online, apparently. I went ahead and test drove 2 other vehicles, but both had issues while I was driving them. I don't know what's happened lately, but I really don't think we'll be going back again.

Upon arrival I was greeted promptly and a sales rep was able to get me in a test drive in a short amount of time. The financing process took a bit of time but such is business. Overall the service was on par with what would be expected. I was able to get into a new vehicle that day with relatively few questions or issues.
