I had gone into Broadway Motors a few months ago looking at Honda Elements.  I worked with Nevada and she was wonderful.  I decided not to go with an Element and went on my way.  There was no pressure and no one called us later to entice us to come back in (that stuff really bugs me).  Last week my husband and I decided that we were ready to buy a car and the Nissan Rogue was on the list.  I saw online that Broadway Motors had 3 available so we went in to check them out.  (By the way all of the cars are inside a big warehouse.  It was snowing so this made the shopping very comfortable).  The prices were very competitive and the cars were in great condition.  We ended up buying one!  The process was simple and pressure free.  They were able to get us a very low interest rate with one of their lending partners and off we went!  Nevada helped us again but all of the employees were very friendly and helpful!  I would highly recommend Broadway Motors if you're in search of a used car.

The owner can provide their thoughts as they wish, but I'm here to tell you.  This was not expected... and not appreciated...  100% unfortunate experience.

I hope this will help other consumers as my experience was unfortunately not the same as the others that posted their reviews.  

Facts:  the vehicle we looked at was mechanically sound, but had bad tires and exterior and interior flaws.  We simply asked the salesperson to find if these things could be fixed or prices could be adjusted so we felt better about making a decision to purchase the vehicle.  They understood, spoke with the owner and said they would adjust the price to help with the tires, do their best to fix the exterior and interior flaws and would send pictures to make us feel comfortable with our decision.  

I later received an Email from Broadway Motors saying "i think at this point we'll just say that we are at different places."  "We wish you the best in your buying process and hope you find a car that has a better value to you in better condition."  

This shocked me...  Not just the tone of the Email, but because we were told something totally different and had a good experience with the salesperson.  As a consumer, I've never encountered a car buying experience like this...

I have visited Broadway Motors twice. 

Disclaimer, I have not bought a car there yet, but I did speak with several of the staff on site.

I was struck with their honesty & desire to build relationships, which will eventually lead to buying the vehicle you want through Broadway Motors. 

I never saw any attempts at hard selling, which often describes a used car salesman. It does not happen at Broadway Motors. 

The showroom is beautiful, comfortable, well-lit 

I have never had ANY dishonest dealings with any of the staff I spoke to.

They were all courteous, responsive and left me feeling glad I had come into their showroom. 

I have no hesitation recommending Broadway Motors to anybody shopping for a car or truck.

I purchased a Honda Odyssey minivan from Broadway Motors and Jerry & his staff made it a very enjoyable and memorable experience. First off, their indoor showroom is unlike any other used car dealership I've ever seen. Bad weather outside? It doesn't matter at Broadway. All their inventory is stored inside, making it much more comfortable to hop behind the wheel of different vehicles until you find the right match. They post tons of photos of each vehicle on their website, which was a big plus for me. Instead of the typical 6 or 8 photos that other dealerships take, Broadway posts more like 40-50 photos of each vehicle, so you can really see everything before you even step foot in their facility or remember what you saw after you head home. I've been fooled into visiting other dealerships because they only post a few "glamour shots" and then you get there and see all the dings and dents that weren't shown in the online photos. By taking this many pics it doesn't seem like Broadway is trying to hide anything about their vehicles. I never buy on my first visit, so I also liked the no-pressure atmosphere. I stopped by to check out a few options one day and came back the next day with my wife and family to do a test drive and ultimately make my purchase. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a nice deal on a good quality used vehicle.

Jerry, I can't thank you enough for helping me land my Tundra..  Went above & beyond, and have never experienced anything like it from a car dealership. Didn't know me from Adam, listened and heard my story and really helped me out! Truly caring person! Not just about selling cars, not just about making money..  I'm not sure I'll ever be able to repay you, but if you ever need anything, please let me know!

Was able to view the truck via the plethora of pics that were taken. Showed up onsite and the truck was even better in person. Drives like a champ, everything just spot on!  Beautiful truck, good miles, and all at a very good price. Can't beat it !

Would definitely recommend Broadway Motors!
