We had a immediate need and I arrived on their doorstep. We need to leave town and had just gotten a new vehicle that needed a trailer brake and hitch. They not only took care of us they went way above and beyond. Both Jorge and Tim in the service department were amazing.  They got us taken care of and on the road safe and sound.  Could not have asked for a better experience!!

Bought a new Viking travel trailer from them, including hitch receiver parts and installation for my SUV. Everyone at the Longmont location was super friendly and very helpful. The service guys are phenomenal (Adam, Jorge, Tim and Jon). They resolve all my issues promptly and were always available to answer all my questions both over the phone or in person. Since this is my first travel trailer, I have been back a few times to get extra accessories (hoses, adapters, etc). Sky at the parts department is an awesome guy and great at recommending what you really need and what you can live without. Would highly recommend this dealer to anyone needing a new camper or just parts and service.

I bought my first RV here. Everyone here is great. 
Dennis and Sky, in the parts Dept are awesome! The sales manager was awesome! The service tech Jermery was very knowledgeable. Everything about this buying process was smooth!

Recently went by the service center to ask some questions on my camper, Travis was excellent and very knowledgeable in answering all the questions I had for him. I would highly recommend the Longmont service center for all your repair needs. I’ve never been treated with such professionalism and respect from any other dealership.

If you want the ultimate in customer service, sales, a friendly guy, and overall awesome purchase experience ask for Glover “Mr Texas” Howard. My wife and I were adamant after our first purchase there, and the lack of contact or ability to get a hold of any department including our sales person had us thinking we would NOT purchase from them again. We did go back because they’re a big chain and can get great financing and have a huge selection, which we didn’t want to do. We happened to meet Mr Howard for the first time. He was very friendly, and low pressure. He showed us around the lot even though we said ‘we aren’t interested in buying at this time’. Never once did he make us feel like he just wanted us to “buy something”. After some talking and what we felt was our RV of choice when we decided to purchase he gave us his card.

We remembered this interaction for 1-2 months, looked somewhere else because our experience was so bad but decided to give him a shot. He told us “Hey, you can always reach me and I will respond ASAP”. Guess what? He did. First thing I did was text and email him and he responded to both within 5 minutes on his day off in an area with no coverage. We still have problems getting a hold of anyone, as no one leaves an extension, the voice mail system is horrendous, and a live person answers infrequently and this is during the winter months!

True to his word he has gotten me to the person I needed to reach with no problem, answered all my questions, and this is post-sale. I don’t bother calling in I just send a text, email, or call directly to Glover and I know it’s handled. If you want the best sales experience, no pressure, friendly and no BS sales person ask for Glover Howard you won’t be disappointed. His presence alone has given the wife and I a different opinion of Lazy Days RV in Longmont, and the reason we decided to purchase our RV through them. He overcame a lot of personal objections. Buying an RV whether a travel trailer or diesel pusher is already stressful do yourself a favor and ask for Glover “Mr Texas” Howard. You won’t be disappointed.
