We attended the RV show in early January and knew what we wanted and had a price range. We looked at many Century RV had the right RV at the right price. We were surprised at how quickly paperwork and pickup were done. The salesman took the time to answer all of our questions despite the fact there were a lot of other people wanting his attention. We did not feel rush at all.

We found the RV we wanted via RV Trader, located at this location. It was $2k less than the next dealer so we decided to travel from CA to CO for the best deal. Mark was our sales person, who answered every question we had with ease. John was our finance person who took countless calls and emails from my husband and I. John was transparent the entire time. When we arrived onsite, our walk through wasn't ready but all our paperwork was. We didn't want to sign anything until we saw and inspected the trailer first. John didn't have to but he chose to drive us over to where the trailer was getting prepared so we could see it as he knew we wanted to get back on the road (this sped up the process). The trailer could have been cleaner but it was what was and we were ready to head back. It was worth the trip from CA and we saved money.

I won't go back.  Bought in 12/2016.  This was the second time we went there to browse.  We really never should have gone the second time because the first time we were treated pretty badly by the salesperson similar to other posts here however it was the only place that had the coach we wanted.

The second time the salesperson was decent and helpful and the buying process went smoothly and although they got us a 'reasonable' rate on our loan it wasn't what the salesperson told us we'd 'absolutely' be able to get.  In addition, they failed to inform us that interest would be accruing from the purchase date instead of starting at the first payment date they gave us.  As a result we were over $1000 behind on interest by our first scheduled payment.  

Since buying I have called a few times to get help with some of the functionality and either I get mixed or incorrect answers or don't get return calls.

Additionally, the service department is atrocious.  After scheduled drop off it sat for three weeks before my calling to find out what was going on finally got them moving.  They didn't fix all the issues and said they'd look into the remaining and get back to us but never did.  They also charged us labor on what should have been included in the warranty work.  Customer service doesn't exist here.

I purchased a new Redwood Fifth-Wheel in August from Century RV.  It was an exceptional purchase experience.  My sales person Derick Holland was knowledgeable and courteous.  I never felt pressured to make a rushed purchase.  Carlos Carbajal in finance did an outstanding job in getting me a fair value for my trade and putting together a great finance package.  I had a great purchase experience at Century RV

Impressed with the service I received here. I'm an adamant camper and I had to unfortunately get rid of the one I had for 15 years but century rv helped me get into a fancy new cougar and the GM ray jolly kept me informed and did a great job breaking down the price and was super friendly. Don't go anywhere else !!!! this is the right place.
