I would just like to take a second to give A HUGE SHOUT OUT to the Service Department, especially Darrel Hudson!!! Buying a new car is usually a fun, exciting experience (I know mine was awesome because I was so well taken care of!) However, it’s the people working behind the scenes that take care of us the most, especially when we don’t go to them first when we need something done/something goes wrong. Appreciation seems to be a lost art in our society...Complaining, making demands, and “feeling entitled” is really only working out for those without heart. Maybe a new way of interacting would benefit all of us, especially the little ones watching our behaviors

I bought an Infiniti Q50 over the weekend. Joe Cross was my guy. I can’t necessarily call him a salesman because that’s not what it felt like in the slightest. I called the dealership a few hours prior to coming down and he made sure the car was rinsed off and ready in the front for me to see it. I got there and he handed over the key and let me take it for a spin. I fell in love and I knew he could see it written all over my face when I arrived back. He and Haley made sure I got the BEST deal possible. They made it quick and easy. This was my first time buying a car by myself and I felt extremely confident doing so. I appreciate their entire staff. Also, Carl for driving all the way to Centennial to deliver my car. All really good people. Thank you!

If you are looking for a new car, I25 Kia is worth a visit.  The Kia products are, without saying, an amazing option for car buyers but the biggest surprise isn't the cars, it's the people at I25 Kia.  Car buying is an arduous and time consuming task.  The folks at I25 have streamlined the car buying process making the experience a pleasure.  The team is professional and easy going with no pressure selling.  Our visit was met with a friendly handshake from a wonderful salesman, Johnny Bass.  He listened patiently to our concerns and showed us options we hadn't thought were available.  Once we decided on a car,  the sales manager really worked with us to meet our budget by helping us find the most cost effective solution to repair the scratches and dings to our lease turn in vehicle.   Lastly, the time we spent on paperwork  was less than an hour!  Their car buying experience was so pleasant, we are now I25 Kia customers for life.  If you are in the car buying market, give I25 Kia a visit, you will be glad you did.  Ask for Johnny and say hello to Mike for us!

I have owned and purchased many vehicles in my life. I enjoyed the no non-sense negotiating process with I25 Kia, The truck I purchased was priced below the exact same vehicles that I priced in other states. That is correct, I said other states. I called the dealership had a conversation with one of the sales managers and bought a plane ticket to Denver. They came and picked me up from the airport, I drove the truck and I purchased it and drove it home. I would highly recommend I25 Kia to anyone that is looking or in the market to purchase a new or used vehicle.

GREAT experience all around.  Chris Taylor was my rep and worked with me over the phone giving me details without being a "pushy car salesman."   He and his management worked with us to get the best deal possible for the exact car I wanted.  Easiest car purchase ever. :)  Highly recommend them!
