Great experience with the sales rep on purchasing my first travel trailer.  Turns out he was just a lying salesman.  He promised hoses for winterizing as well as gift certificates for random tools that'll be needed for the trailer.  Not delivered and of course they do not offer such things at purchase.  Titling department took 6 months to do their job.  Numerous phone calls - no reply.  I think I'd be better off going to Lowes and building one myself next time.

We were extremely happy with the sales service at Windish. Marty Valencia was our sales rep and he was great. Very helpful and attentive.... 
Everyone else in the office was great as well. We ended up having a little difficulty with our slide out, our own error, and when we called the service department the manager showed us excellent customer service . We highly recommend going to Windish in Longmont if your looking for an RV. Ask for Marty!!!! :)

The service department was great. They helped me get a warranty issue resolved with the manufacturer promptly and without any issues. Thanks to Brian and Vinny.

We had a great experience with the service department. Had a warranty issue and the manufacturer could not get the part for 10-14 days. With some teamwork with Vinnie in the service department, we received approval from the manufacturer for Windish to source the part locally. Once we received that approval, we had our trailer back in 2-3 business days. 
Appreciated their willingness to help find a solution that allowed us to make our scheduled trips.

We bought a new RV three months ago and I could have given this review 5 stars for the sales department... However after leaving messages with the service department for three months just to not even get a response back is pretty poor customer service. I just needed two minor warranty items addressed on my new rv and i will just end up taking it somewhere else and paying to get it repaired we will see if i get any response from this.
