Working with Steffen at NVS Auto was top shelf. Not only was Steffen professional, knowledgeable and friendly, but the car I purchased (a Subaru Forester) was immaculate and is in great condition mechanically. I now tell everyone I know that if they are looking for a car, to go see Steffen, and as long as I'm in the area, I will use NVS.

NVS SOLD US A LEMON AND CALLED IT THE "NICEST VEHICLE IN THE SHOWROOM". I would give zero stars if I could.

Less than 4 months and 500 miles after spending $9000 , I heard a weird popping sound under the hood and I noticed a difference in how it drives. I brought the vehicle to Steffen who told me nothing is wrong with it but I might need a new battery. On the 20 minute drive home from NVS, the car's turbo blew. I then had to tow it BACK to  NVS. after telling me about the battery needing replaced (which it didn't need to be), Steffen THEN sees it is the turbo that blew and tells me that i must've put regular gasoline instead of premium (which I never have) and tries implying it was MY fault. NVS still assured me it wasn't a fault of theirs and they tried to do repair work. They didn't help. They made it even worse. Even after all that, there are still metal shards in my engine and oil pan and the turbo is still be damaged. Of course they don't guarantee their work. so all the money spent to flush the oil and replace the turbo was a waste. A $9000 CAR WHICH WE'VE HAD FOR 10 MONTHS HAS NOW ENDED UP COSTING WAY MORE MONEY. STEFFEN SAID HE FIXED IN (OF COURSE FOR A CHARGE) AND DIDN'T.  IN ADDITION, MULTIPLE HOSE REPLACEMENTS,  FRONT AXEL, ELECTRICAL ISSUES AND NOW POSSIBLY THE ENGINE.  THIS HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE AND BASICALLY NVS' RESPONSE WAS..."OH, WELL - TOO BAD"  BUYER BEWARE!!!!

The beginning of my dealings with Steffen were while I was visiting Denver, Colorado. I was in the market for a Subaru and began just teasing the idea while I was out West. After finding an advertisement for his dealership, I found a car I couldn't say no to, but the problem was- I live in Florida. Now, I definitely didn't want to drive a car over 3000 miles immediately after purchasing it, but I figured contacting NVS would be worth a shot as worst case scenario would be a no. Steffen was more than accommodating and actually helped me locate a shipping company. On top of that, he alleviated any questions I had by sending photos of parts of the vehicle i was concerned with and he highlighted every flaw he knew of with the vehicle. You could not find better customer service or a better guy to work with anywhere. From the initial contact, to the purchase, all the way to following up a few weeks later to see how the car was doing and to make sure I was completely satisfied. If I'm ever in the market for anything Subaru or 4x4 I will be going through NVS. -Blake

Update - Bought what I thought was my dream car and had to buy a $5000 new engine within a thousand miles of owning it. Beyond disappointed

I knew this was a good deal on a great car so I took the risk to fly to Colorado from Arizona to pick up the car. Steffen was very accommodating throughout the entire process and was willing to hold the car for me while I scheduled my flight etc. He was very professional and took the time to answer all my questions and get me back on the road quickly. I would most certainly recommend Steffen and NVS Autos for a purchase and will consider looking him up again if the need arises.
