People were nice, but not quite sure I trust them fully. Getting a second opinion on some things. Will edit if need be.

Edit: was right to question. Agree taking to some other mechanics, it was clear that I was charged for more than what I needed, and that certain repairs weren't done. Disappointing, indeed.

I'm not used this to level of honesty from an auto repair shop. Combine that with their unbeatable prices and their outstanding customer service, you won't find a shop like this anywhere.

Absolutely wonderful experience. My Mini Cooper battery died in the Starbucks parking lot. I contacted 3 other shops less than 1 mile away and they either didn't have cables or wanted to charge me $50+ dollars for a 1 minute drive to me. I called Brooks and they came out within 5 minutes free of charge. The gentleman was friendly and got my car started in no time. When it's time to buy a new battery I will make sure Brooks gets the business when I do. In a world of poor customer service, thank God we still have companies like Brooks. Phenomenal company.

They won't let you leave without checking over your car to ensure your safe, reliable travel (and their revenue).  A mainstay in Towson for decades;  also locations north to PA!
