They did an absolute fantastic job painting my 280z in a very fast and timely manner. People are surprised when I tell them that Maaco painted my car. I have no problem referring everyone I know to this Maaco and this Maaco only! 100% would come back for more paint and body work!

HELLO...I want to start off by saying: This review is solely about the Maaco auto body shop located in Timonium on Greenspring Drive.. Prior to me getting the work done there I have had no relationship with anyone at this company whatsoever & and do not know anyone who works there.. I brought my vehicle to this Maaco for a All Over Paint Job  with color change, It also needed about 12 Minor dents  repaired ,and  the hood Re-aligned.  I want to mention that I have had 6 cars repainted in my life at different body shops in the past, but I have never used this  Maaco before. For me to say in writing that I am EXTREMELY  HAPPY would simply be an understatement , because I have had experience in the past that I could compare my overall experience to.. In addition ,  I am a former owner of a  Auto  detailing business, and I know exactly  what to look for  when  checking out a vehicle's paint . Not only was my estimated price adhered to , I was given periodic phone calls letting me know the status of my car. The gentleman who is in charge named  Casey could NOT have been more helpful or informative , as he is an absolute professional and knows this business like a seasoned veteran. He listened to my concerns & made notations while going over my vehicle.  He is very thorough in explaining  reality versus  possible unrealistic expectations that a person MAY or MAY NOT have .. My other estimate from a local paint shop was more than double the price of this Maaco . They use quality materials  that allow your repair / paint job to have a decent warranty.. I have nothing negative to say about my visit to this location. I'm pleased with the result and everything that happened in between including the great communication skills  and service from the WONDERFUL  &  KNOWLEDGEABLE  young lady who works behind the front desk...... Poor customer service. Failed to call with updates when promised. Work done was good though. 

Update 4/17/17:

Contacted by owner and we discussed the miscommunication between myself and maaco. I am very satisfied with our conversation and steps taken to resolve the original issue.

These guys are the best! They did so much work on my behalf with getting in touch with the insurance company to get estimates worked out. The girl who works the desk is the sweetest and the guys are very nice.

Just got my 1990 VW Westfalia back from Maaco Timonium, and Casey and crew did a fantastic job.    Windows out paint job looks great!
