I had a great experience buying my new CR-V at Brown’s. Before I even went into the dealership, I talked with Eric over the phone multiple times to go over the prices and what the best time would be for me to come in to check out the car and stuff. He was very responsive and was great to work with when I visited the dealership. There were no surprises with the price and he was very good at listening to my requests and concerns. Abdul from finance was also great to work with and he explained everything really well. He even stayed 1.5 hrs after the dealership had closed for the night to finish all the paperwork and to answer any questions.

I would definitely recommend working with both of those guys! You can’t go wrong wih either of those guys!

So very slow, I pretty much wasted an entire day here, and walked away empty handed. I don't know why the people treated me so poorly, like they were ready to start fighting me on prices or something. The car I was interested in buying (A 2014 Honda Civic) had small cracks in the windshield and hub caps, but they never mentioned it (I had to actually bring it up myself before they addressed it). When it came to trading in my car, their mechanic started lying to me about how terribly worthless my car was, offering only $500 for it (I later sold the car for $1200 to a mechanic shop who mocked the Honda Mechanic when I repeated his critiques). I later bought the same exact car at a different dealership, but this time it was in near perfect condition, had less miles, and was literally thousands of dollars cheaper. Seriously don't go here. The money you will spend on gas to go to a different dealership will be outweighed by the thousands you will save on a better deal.

service was business-like; informative; friendly; helpful.  contractual discussions were fact-based and reasonable, conducted in an open and friendly manner.  we LOVE our new Honda!

I came into Browns Honda thinking it would be like every other dealership in the area, but I was very wrong. As soon as we entered we were greeted and helped immediately and asked what we wanted. We were greeted by Brian, a very friendly man, with a laid back attitude yet still professional. Brian ultimately made the car buying process a lot easier and much more enjoyable than previous dealerships that we have visited around the area. After meeting Brian and telling him what we were looking for, he let us test drive the 2017 Honda Civic EX. He would explain some of the best features of the car and showed us how they worked, instead of just saying the car has said features. By doing so, I felt more comfortable and much more knowledgeable about the car I was considering buying. After the fun test drive, we had to start talking numbers and getting the best deal. As anyone who has bought a car before, we know that the price conversation is the worst part, but I can honestly say that Brian made this process fun and exciting. He wanted to get us the best deal and understood where we were coming from. He took our offer into consideration and really helped us to get the best price. Ultimately we did buy the car, and it was all because Brian helped us out so much. Even now, we still keep in contact and he helps me with any questions I have about the car. Thanks for such a great experience Brian!

Going to buy a new car can seem like an exhausting & daunting task- but at Brown's in Arlington I had thee best experience one could possibly have. From even before I walked through the doors I had great communication and expectations upon arrival. The staff were so so very accommodating and worked with me the entire day to ensure my happiness; that seemed to be their priority above ALL else. I appreciate all those that I worked with even though I gave them a few hard times. I could even go as far to say that this was a fun experience for me. Dom & George are basically my best of buds now. They were AWESOME beyond words. I'm also obsessed with my new CRV
