I took my car to Audi Arlington a few days ago to get serviced and I absolutely loved the friendly staff and awesome atmosphere in the room! I worked with Steve, who was super helpful from the jump, very responsive and way too nice! He made sure my car didn't have any problems at all before leaving the building. His coworkers were also amazing! Steve deserves more than 5 stars because I know a lot of customers don't give feedback. You guys were EXCELLENT if you weren't told today : )

I would definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to come to Audi Arlington. Betty provided a buying experience that is second to none. The service department provides exceptional service. Both the Service Manager and Assistant Service Manager are on the ball. I go back because I appreciate the service and the amenities of the waiting area. As an author, it allows me to sit and wait while writing.

Great service operation. Always easy to get an appointment, the service consultants are friendly and knowledgeable and the mechanics get stuff done quickly. Your car gets a quick free wash at the end. The loaners are an opportunity to drive around some newer models. They will not win on price compared to a whole in the Wall but then again you knew that. Pleasant ambiance in the waiting areas.

I would encourage anyone to shop around and buy your car anywhere but here. The benefit of this dealership is the inventory selection. That’s about it. You’re going to pay more here than anywhere else whether it be in warranties, trade value or otherwise. Trust me when I say they’re going to make it work for THEM. I bought a loaner car with 9k miles on it and have had more issues than any used car I’ve ever purchased. I would also obtain your own financing. The finance department is pushy, dishonest and after assuring me my pre approval with my interest rate from my own financial institution was fine, I get into the office and find out not only did my sales rep not even communicate those details the dealership doesn’t work with credit unions - in that office I was patronized and pushed into additional warranties that they charged twice as much for than other Audi dealerships and when I asked “so you’re telling me the only way I can get the same interest rate from you is if I buy these additional warranties costing almost 3000.00 I was told “yes”. if you doubt the validity of that, luckily one of the first things they tell you is that there’s audio video surveillance in that room. That and I had a witness in there with me ;) They covered cosmetic damage with clear polish (scractches) which came off first wash revealing I didn’t buy the car in the condition I thought I did, then damaged my vehicle when they were fixing a broken window switch. They didn’t notify me, I found it and emailed them immediately brought it in and was told “oh that’s not that bad” are you joking me?? I’ve spent more time dealing with the BS of this experience and car rather than enjoying it. And I would love to see a manager chime in on this and hide behind a keyboard seeing I asked for you multiple times throughout my dealings there and you never would show your face. Oh and after what felt like spending more time in that dealership and with a loaner than my own car, they undercharged my registration and then held it hostage until I paid them. So yes, if you’d like to feel completely pushed, bamboozled and violated financially go to Audi of Arlington, if that doesn’t suit your fancy literally go anywhere else. Note, I bought my car in August, so I’ve given plenty of time to remove the complete and utter disgust. It unfortunately just still remains after all that time and I’m reminded of it every time this car has a glitch or issue which is fairly regularly.
