Excellent experience. Mr. Henry Garcia and Mr. Tony Nunez were very professional and courteous. My family and I had been going to Bill Page for the last four years but my most recent encounter with them was a significantly subpar experience that made me feel like I needed to take my business elsewhere, and I'm glad I made the change to Koons.

Have bought several cars at dealers over the years, and my experience at Koons Arlingotn Used Toyota  was by far the best . My salesman was attentive to what I  needed in a car and proactive getting me  just  the right car.  He was easy to talk with, efficient ,and courteous.  The service department was also great. My experience was outstanding, and I definitely recommend  this dealership.

Normally we buy our vehicles from Koons in Tyson corner, but since they didn’t want to work with my parents that well we reached out to White Marsh. Luckily we found Mr.Gary Harris and let me say he is the best all around salesman they Koons has to offer , nothing but Props to him and how fast he worked for my parents to get the truck they wanted , and even going the extra distance to deliver it almost 2 hours away , Thnak you for everything

Annapolis Koons on West St. It was a horrible experience. Car broke down after only 10 days, had to argue to get them to pay for it. Staff unresponsive, finance dept was very pushy and the mechanics are at best very inexperienced. In the 3 yrs I owned the car, I had to make over $5,000 in repairs. All I got (eventually) was a $25.00 gift card and a short letter of apology for my misfortune. Would give them zero stars if possible.

We worked with Mohammed and had a great experience. We weren't sure if looking for a car or SUV. He was very patient and honest with us. Cars are priced very competitively. Would definitely recommend if in the market for a nice used car.
