I had the most amazing and pleasant experience shopping here. All of the employees were very nice and helpful towards me. The salesman by the name of Habibi answered all of my questions and even taught me many new things about purchasing the best vehicle for me. I would strongly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.  I'm definitely going to come back here every time I want to purchase a vehicle. This is the best Dealership in the city of Arlington.

Excellent experience I must say. Top class service and exceptional courtesy with each and every staff member I encountered. When I pulled up I was asked if I would like my car parked in the garage. I said sure.  Julian walked me in and to my surprise everyone in the room welcomed me. He then walked me to his office and got my paperwork started. He politely asked me for my keys and parked my car in the garage accross the street. I could not believe it. Valet service at a car dealership; Impressive to say the least!  It was a pleasure working with Julian and big Moe. I instantly fell in love with them. They are great,  both have this natural happiness to them that is undeniable. My credit is not the best, to say the least, but I was still approved. They lowered the price to make the deal work with my credit and down payment. I am overwhelmed with the gentlemen/staff of Merlex Auto Group. Stellar service!!! I highly recommend! Thank you all so much.

This is the best dealership that I ever been to. I just purchased my beautiful Audi A7 the service was great!!!!   I will recommend my friends and family at this place the price was phenomenal the process was very easy they had me in and out less than 30 minutes plus  Bola help me to get you insurance I had little bit of rough time to get them on the phone they went out of their way to help me make this purchase very easy .  They help me save $900 on the insurance a month..

I had a great experience..good people great cars and stellar customer service..I drove from Richmond which is about 2hrs on a whim hoping that this was a good place to buy a car and I struck gold. I bought an Audi A7..2 year bumper to bumper warranty I’m pleased and will definitely be buying all my cars from here...ASK FOR JULIAN!! He will make sure to have you pulling off the lot in an affordable luxury.

Dishonest and untrustworthy, if I could give a negative star I would.  Stay away from this dealership.  The car wasn't even there as advertised after a 1hr journey and a phone confirmation of the test drive.  Three separate occasions, three separate lies.  I should have known by their telephone manner... Gansta central
