Called for a small car rental in an emergency. No cars at all available until
MAYBE the afternoon. Have had this experience EVERY time I try to rent a vehicle. Why are u open in Madison?????.

Had a wreck on the interstate during Thanksgiving holiday so had no choice but to rent a car to continue our trip!  I will NEVER go back to this enterprise in Madison Georgia! They continue to withdraw money from my account after they have been told from my insurance company that I'm covered! They are very unprofessional, rude and need training!

they are to picky about every little thing they must have don't know how they stay in business it a wonder they don't run a credit report or ask you for a criminal back ground check when you try to rent a car my daughter told me every thing they needed I was shocked they won't last long in Madison ga just bad buisness
